8.5 years of experience as City Manager in two challenging cities and during very challenging times. Dealt with major fires during every year of his tenure in Clearlake and with the global pandemic during much of his time in Suisun City and still managed to make positive impacts.

Experience managing many Redevelopment projects and Economic Development programs, and has managed numerous consultants over the years.

Experience with transformative culture change, personnel restructuring initiatives, and DEI
Restructured three of six departments in Suisun City to improve service delivery and customer service. Directed the creation of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program for hiring new employees.

He was a founding member of the Lake County Tourism Improvement District, a founding member of the Lake County Economic Development Corporation, and was a board member on the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce. In Solano County he represented the City Managers as a board member on the Solano County Emergency Medical Services Cooperative.
